It’s a very pretty building. Lots of volunteers. Social workers are great. But that’s when the good portion ends. Nurse aids are terrible. I wish I could describe them more but I will not be politically correct and they will take my review down. Indifferent, reactive, abusive toward patients. I was told by one of the cleaning staff details that boggled my mind. I had an experience with one of the accounting people who basically was trying to accuse me of wanting to steal my mothers few hundred dollars lol, considering how much we are paying into this care. I complained to social worker and she was terrified to hear it. As we all know fish stinks from its head. It is all 100% on management who allow all of this. It’s all on them.

Excellent rehabilitation service.

The staff takes care of people in ways I could never do myself in my own home. I am impressed with the activities and therapies available too. Very nice place that is kept up well.

The place is beautiful, the food is greate. BUT they don't have enough aides to gave the seniors a good service. And some of the ones are there, don't care about the seniors.

This despicable facility killed my Grandfather. They consistently did not give him his stool softener and he died of a fecal impaction. I will never forgive them. He died a miserable death choking on his own feces!! He had at least 10 years left. They refused to bathe him and assist him to the restroom in a timely manner. This place fuels my hatred for you people. Nothing but greed. Do not send your loved ones here unless you want them to die. They will kill them through ignorance and neglect.
