I visited my loved one for 9 straight days , lunch and dinner. I found a staff that was disinterested at best and un-concerned at worst. The residents seemed to be a necessary evil for the staff. Outside of maybe two aides that showed some level of kindness, the balance were “put out “ when asked anything about the resident. That is IF they would even speak to you if you were not the Health Care Proxy. Your loved one will be in bed, in their room, when not having a meal. This understaffed facility could use some patient/resident training on how to treat residents like they want to be treated… the Golden Rule has been forgotten here. What seems to be important is compliance to UofR policies. The resident just gets in the way. I would not recommend this facility for the care of your loved one . Unless you can be there EVERYDAY, I don’t see how you can have confidence that care will be rendered. Disappointing!

I Would not leave my loved ones at this facility Have seen firsthand experience of there poor Care. I would not consider any facility by [removed] a good option for care. Please look into other nursing homes or long term care

THIS IS A VERY INCOMPETENT Practice very unprofessional and is refusing appointments to people do to improper record keeping in my opinion good place to stay away from find a more Professional practice that puts the patients health first

Great place! Do a lot of activities!
