3.2 · 55 reviewsI love ❤️ going to Hilton East. The staff is nice. I interact with different residents. Inge White, a resident, is so sweet!
My Mom was happy here. She made wonderful friends and enjoyed the activities. The people who work here are supportive and caring. The housekeepers, aides, office people, nurses all knew my Mom and all of the residents - their likes, dislikes, interests. It is a warm community. The Activities Team are phenomenal!
Terrible place for your loved one. Not sure where to start.... well just eliminate this place! Should be shut down.

This facility is in extremely poor condition. There is visible mold throughout the building, and the ceilings are constantly leaking. The water provided has an awful taste, similar to sewage, making it unsafe and unpleasant to drink. Many staff members seem indifferent to residents’ concerns—likely because they don’t live here themselves. The New York State Health Department is at this facility almost every week, which should speak volumes about ongoing problems. For the safety and well-being of your loved ones, I strongly advise against placing them here.
People are friendly and it's clean.
Hilton East is such a positive environment, the recreation team plays such a huge part in that, the activities, the field trips, celebrations holidays and birthdays, the decorations and dedication, they go above and beyondddd. They truly and genuinely care for the residents and it shows
WATCH OUT they love to send residents to the emegency room A LOT with nothing wrong with the resident at time of discharge. Upon discharge from the ER they refused to take my parent back at 10:30 pm leaving us to scramble!! With that we were forced to find someplace else for them to go on a whim because they wouldn’t take them back in!! VERY SHORT STAFFED for the amount of residents that are there!!! And previous review is right….they are rude as well!!! DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN HERE!!!!
