Heritage Green - Greenhurst

I'm giving this nursing home one star based on my personal experience. During my time interacting with this facility, I observed several issues that made me very concerned about the level of care being provided. Communication with staff was often difficult, and important needs or requests were not addressed in a timely manner. The management team is competent in running the facility and caring for patients. However, there is a pressing concern regarding inadequate staffing levels. Several staff members have expressed that this situation has contributed to a challenging and potentially toxic work environment.
