This is one of the worse facility

they take good care of my friend mike v, he has ALS and is a good man who deserves help

This place is not a care facility…. It’s a graveyard! Try your best NOT to send your love ones here!

It's fine, can't be compared to Langone NYU

I don’t know why other reviews people being so mean about because this hospital is by far the best one in NYC. It’s the only one with a special long term unit and my friend was in there he did a full recovery. He did few months there but he sure was happy because the staff was caring. Ya there was at times lack of staff but that wasn’t a major issue since everyone did come check on him. About how ppl are rude well I know for a fact the staffs are not rude I have seen other family members being extremely rude to ppl that work there and say they being treated badly. Sorry I don’t like when ppl play the victim card. Anyway I like this place and hope this helps you make a good choice.

Severely understaffed, calls rarely go through when trying to get info on family the doctor that was looking after my relative did not know what he was doing and had no knowledge of my relatives condition everything was "I don't know your asking questions I don't have the answer to " but he was the HEAD DOCTOR she was Supposed to be weened of the ventilator but ended up with a whole bunch of other issues that she was never treated for till it got worse DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY IN THIS FACILITY.

Horrible horrible staff. Everyone is so rude and belligerent. Very disrespectful. I actually felt safer leaving the hospital than i did when I entered

I ama patient N here i recommend this hospital the nurses Re on point
