as a matter fo fact tis wonderful, were moving in first week in september its a beautiful palce and theyre one of the few places we found that were in our budget when we were looking for apartments. we were looking all over new york and this is what we found, which made renting very difficult. Many apartment buildings, even apartments in peoples homes now charge for the heat, they have electric heat, so if they quote you a rent amount youve got to add on another couple hundred a month so we were very lucky that they dont do that here. Because its far out the rents are cheaper, theyve got a pool, theyve got an exercise room, its very hotel like.
