The friendly warm atmosphere is rare these days. Especially in rehab centers. I appreciate that everyone not only takes an interest in the patient’s it also the visitors. Thanks so much
This was one of the best experiences I've had with visiting a nursing facility. I called the center to make sure my cousin was still there so I could go visit and spoke to a WONDERFUL person named Gretchen. Not only was she pleasant and helpful but we had a moment that made us both laugh so I asked if I could meet her when I got there. When I arrived I asked for her and she was just the most helpful kind person and walked me through the check in process. I then went upstairs to look for my cousin in his new location on the 4th floor and had just missed him because he had been taken to an appointment but the nicest lady with fabulous glasses was at the desk and when I explained that I needed a new phone number to reach my cousin she not only went to get it but also gave me a piece of paper so I could leave a note and she said she would put it where he'd see it. So everyone I encounter was helpful, pleasant and a wonderful representative of your center. I'll look forward to seeing them all again.
Every worker in this facility, whom I came into contact with, was friendly and very pleasant during our conversations. The inside of the building looked clean and presentable. I did need a little help with their interesting, high tech, check-in system. But all in all, I had a great visit with my loved one. 🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾
While my stay at Harlem Center was short, I have to say that they were very accommodating. The staff was always very helpful and pleasant. Stephen Mamadou and Cecilia always went above and beyond. I appreciate all their efforts.
My elderly Uncle was very pleased with his rehabilitation services here.
Today was a pleasant visit. The receptionist was warming and welcoming.
I am very thankful and grateful to the staff of Harlem Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. They’re doing a marvelous job taking care of my mother. I have no complaints, keep up the good work.
