Wonderful staff. Residents are happy and a delight to be around.
On behalf of my family, we want to thank the entire staff at GrandeVille Senior Living Community for the exceptional care they took of my mother during her time there. The dedication and care from all the staff could not have been better.
I like GrandeVille Senior Living Community. Amongst the ones I've been to, it's the best one. The staff take care of their people there. The food is not the greatest, but it's OK. They could do a lot better. It's institution food. The building is very clean. They have activities. My friend is a loner, so she doesn't participate, but it's available to her. They have a library and several rooms where they can watch TV and do activities like bingo. Personal care is what's important. My friend has a small room, but she doesn't need a big room because she is outside, and she just goes there to…

My friend has a small room, but she doesn't need a big room because she is outside, and she just goes there to sleep, that's all, and they keep in touch with the family when something happens. Like if my friend falls they call me right away and let me know what they're going to be doing, and they're helping her, and that means a lot.
Granville took care of my father for 3 years until he passed away. The staff was very supportive and loving of my father. I will miss visiting everyone there.
Great place for my dad. He has really enjoyed the staff and other residents. He has made new friends.
Our family member was a resident here for almost a year & we could not have asked for more. Absolutely every need he (or we) had was taken care either without even having to ask or without having to ask twice ~ whether it was care, maintenance, housekeeping or administrative. He loved all the staff, and everyone treated him like their own family. We would not hesitate to recommend GrandeVille to family and friends!
Nothing but exceptional care at this facility. My mother and my grandmother had extensive stays at this facility and it’s nothing but the best people the best care .The people that work there truly love the patients 5 stars. Well done grandville !!!!!
i can't say enough for the entire Staff for the care my sister received at this Facility. The care and kindness shown to her was so wonderful for the approximate 2 yrs she was there. Also the cleanliness and special things everyone did for her was beyond their job description I'm sure. The Staff would come into her room and try to talk to her or take her outside to their garden area. Patience was something they all have and you need that with a person with dementia. At times it was difficult for me to talk to her and one of the staff would interject and suddenly thing improved. I can't think of a better place than Grande Ville for my sister in her final years. All I can say is God Bless them all. Thank you
