Been waiting over a year to find out what is wrong with my left leg they finally try to get an MRI but can't get transportation. Got assaulted by an aide with a hoyer lift and got injured worse because of her. The food here is poor, either over cooked, undercooked and or poor portion size. Humans beings here are treated worse than dogs but there are some good aide and nurses but there are a few bad ones too. Issues here are hardly resolved just pushed under the carpet. The kitchen here clearly shows it either don't know what they are doing or just to care how residents are treated. Makes you…

The kitchen here clearly shows it either don't know what they are doing or just to care how residents are treated. Makes you wonder if they treat their own family like they treat the residents. I'm just speaking the cold hard truth which I'm sure I'll be hated for but at this point I honestly don't care anymore because I'm so tired of it all
My experience was amazing! The building were safe and secured. The facilities were immaculately maintained. Staff was courteous and accommodating. 5 stars are not enough!!!
This place is a straight dump sight!!! Any place like should have patient care as the norm and number one priority, however the only thing they seem to care about is self image and paperwork that absolutely doesn't agree with the work they swear by. They continuously allow the most sacred of patient care violations which is a patient's HIPPA Law protection. They have residents l, one in particular that give them report about other residents during shift change. They don't ever answer any grievance issues unless it's the person in question, or someone who's family pats them on the back by…

They continuously allow the most sacred of patient care violations which is a patient's HIPPA Law protection. They have residents l, one in particular that give them report about other residents during shift change. They don't ever answer any grievance issues unless it's the person in question, or someone who's family pats them on the back by financial contributions or gifts. I've requested for months now to be seen to sit down and discuss all manner of issues that are of serious concern to me and all they do is brush me off because I'm a self advocate and they don't like people who do that or can show them that they are lacking at doing their job in the manner in which it should be done. I've given them countless and ample opportunities to try and rectify the mess that goes on in this place and yet or continues to blow over heads and fall on deaf ears. I would never recommend anyone in their right mind to leave a family here to get better, especially the elderly because you stand to take a great chance of them dealing with neglect, mistreatment of staff and or being totally ignored to the point where their livelihood could be at serious risk. The food service is terrible and people only did their job because the New York State Department of Health was conducting it's annual investigation. And so now here it is, me writing this review the day after the State investigators left so that it's made aware that everything negative and corrupt and unworthy to even be in service of caring for people trying to heal myself included... So go please listen to someone who they are doing everything they can to shut me up and also allowing others to roam freely to do whatever they want even if it violates the rules and regulations that govern not just this facility but also those that have set in place to ensure the protection, the security, and safety of our well-being and the our Patient Bill of Rights as well as our HIPPA Law protection is null and void at this place... 33
Would just like to say that I’ve been here for almost a week. Nursing staff, aids and physical therapists have been very helpful and caring. I would like to say that when reviewing their nutritional program on their website IS AN ABSOLUTE FRAUD AND LIE. The kitchen here is an absolute joke - they don’t meet the individual needs of each patient as the website states. You get whatever they send on your tray and portion sizes are less than a 4 year old could eat. The chefs here cannot even cook chicken. I just got done choking down the two driest pieces of chicken I’ve ever eaten - took a bottle of ginger ale to be able to chew and swallow each piece. Yesterday was kielbasa day and I’ve never seen kielbasa burnt to a crisp. I would actually classify it as kielbasa jerky. I also talked to kitchen and asked for double kielbasa and sauerkraut and to please exclude the marble cake and potatoes - well none of that happened. I got the cake and potatoes plus I didn’t get the double kielbasa and sauerkraut - thank god because it was inedible. Also one of the menu options for breakfast is hard boiled eggs - didn’t get those because kitchen didn’t have any hard boiled eggs. Twice now I’ve had to door dash food in order to eat. Like I said the nutrition program on website is complete false advertising. Next is the pain management. Before I arrived here I was getting double the amount of pain management and it was every 6 hours. They reduced my pain management by 1/2 and it’s every 8 hours, so I spend 90% of my day in complete pain and have trouble getting out of bed. I was told a pain management doctor would be in to see me but that hasn’t happened. Currently, I give this place a ranking of 2 and would not recommend coming here. Maybe things will get better but I think that’s wishful thinking at this point. Hopefully this is a little helpful insight Steve Urbanczyk
My visit to Fulton Center was great today. I got to watch my mom’s PT session. The doctor visit was also well.
Friendly staff.
Rooms dirty. No chair in room for patient or visitors. Unresponsive to requests for pain medication for someone with stage four cancer.
Cared well & timely from what I saw from my visitations.
