4.1 · 110 reviewsMy 91 year old Mom stayed at Folts re-hab for 3 weeks to regain strength and wound care. She truly enjoyed herself and was impressed by the caring nature of all the staff. From RNs, LPNs CNAs PT/ OT, SW, housekeepers and dietary all departments were wonderful! If Mom needs intensive care in the future we will send her to Folts. Thank you all! Cindy E.
The physical therapy top notch committed staff friendly professional and caring employees my husband is home now because of the pt department thank you 🙏
To be expected. Understaffed and management is unable to inform co workers about the circumstances because they dont know what their right and left hands are both doing.

Therapy is the worst
Actually, it is Mary Reina not Bob doing this survey. Anyway, it is ALWAYS a pleasure working with Angie Durantis and the activity dept.at Folts! Angie and her staff are always accommodating and care very much for your residents!
My father spent a month at Foltsbrook Rehab Center and received excellent care. The therapy team was especially exceptional. We are so grateful for the care that the entire staff provided.
