I was a patient there for about 3 1/2 months this year for PT.. When I was a patient there the meals were aways cold! I asked the administrator several times, why they didn't have heated food carts. He told me he'd check into it.- I never heard anything back. To this day, they still don't have them! Today I went to visit my roommate who is still there. Her husband is her roommate now. Before I left she asked the administrator and assistant administrator about having him be her roommate. She got a flat out no because it was against policy. Before I left she asked the administrator and assistant administrator about having him be her roommate. She got a flat out no because it was against policy. Several weeks after I left a couple came in and were put in a room together. When my old roommate found out she started asking why it was allowed. A short while later her husband was moved to her room.. What was nice, is when staff that knew me from when I was there, were coming up to say hi and give me a hug!
The facility was very clean and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

Nures and aides appeared to be attentive and engaged with the patients. When asked for assistance for my friend, whom I visited they provided care in a timely manner. However the facility is old and could use an expansive facelift.
My mother has a nice sunny room with a very comfortable bed and friendly, informative staff. I feel very comfortable about mom's stay there.
The staff is professional, sweet and caring. They take very good care of my aunt, and they contact me right away if she’s agitated or there’s some wrong
The staff here is always helpful
This is a second home away from home and my aunt is happy and that is all that is important. The staff that take care of her are the best there is and the place is very clean they changed a lot it looks much brighter. The floors are also good they got rid of all of that carpet and put nice shiney floors all over the building
