My mother has been at FCFL for a few years. The staff is wonderful & treat her with respect & so much kindness. I’m always so impressed at how they are so invested in the care of all the residents & their individual needs. While organizing my moms too/closet she found an envelope with almost $100 in a purse & turned it in. It’s so comforting to know the staff have the integrity that entrusted to them.
Terrible place and terrible staff place does not even deserve one star to be honest .
Richard Kuc didn’t want to take me as a patient because of my race, do not come to this place unless you are Caucasian they are racist
It was a great experience! The facility was clean and the staff was very caring. The food was good, too!
My Mom has been residing at the Finger Lakes Center for a year now and she couldn't be happier. The staff really does care about their residents and bends over backwards to make everyone comfortable. Mom got sick at one point and had to go to the Emergency Room. David Meyers got personally involved and all went well. He is terrific as are many in the staff. Mom is just as healthy now as she was a year ago. Most important, she is very happy there, as the people are meeting and exceeding her expectations. The food is great and they go the extra mile to help her and make her comfortable. I cannot thank the staff enough. It is a very friendly, nice place.
Staff lazy, won't shower rehab people (too much work), have to wait over an hour to use the bathroom, was told by staff didn't need to use bathroom I could wait. Was so hot I almost passed out. Aids r worthlessness.
My mom had awesome care
The rooms are decent, good lighting..however they need to get humidity in the rooms to prevent dry skin, difficulty with sleeping. The staff is outstanding in spite of the fact there is understaffing. The staff is committed to each patient, providing quality care, and genuine kindness. They are very responsive to family concerns, or patient concerns. They had many activities for residents to attend..my mother enjoyed them. Auburn Community Hospital needs to reward the staff for their commitment... it is a true calling and dedication to those they care for. ACH needs to incentivize people to work there. Challenge...Mr. Berlucchi and others get OUT OF YOUR SEATS walk over to FLCL/rehab and watch the quality of care...establish relationships with staff, patients and family...do this at least 3x's a day...you would learn invaluable information to continue the excellence that happens there.
