Resident & family reviews

During this ovid epidemic, the building has kept up with checking temperatures, giving out new masks n gloves to all of the aids who work there.
Whoever manages the place needs to focus more on the interior of the homes than just the activities held on the 13th floor and television programming in the lobby. The location is great but we have stoves that are 2 feet wide, refrigerators inconveniently opening from wall-side out so you have to squeeze between the gap to get something to eat, continuous exterior construction that blows dust in, elevators that are always out of service, bathtubs that needs replacing and never drain, vents that just moves smoke up, insects traveling around, etc.. All in all, it may sound great for visitors…

All in all, it may sound great for visitors seeing just the lobby and activities from the 13th floor but the seniors are really not comfortable. You may be on a tight budget but please don’t just start replacing stuff after these people pass and you get new tenants.
