Elderwood at North Creek

Considering the fact that my sister was refused her pain medication that were intended to keep her pain baseline...I'd say that this place is subpar at best...The nursing staff wouldn't address the issues that we presented to them...My family and I are absolutely disgusted with the treatment my sister received...We immediately removed my sister from this facility!!! 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

My sister was put there without our consent first of all!! While she was there, she was not properly treated for her pain management that is control based and has been for months!!!! Did they care?? NO!!!!! My sister called me crying at night because she was in so much pain!!!! They gave her Tylenol!!!!!! TYLENOL!!!!!!! She’s on pain management meds through her doctor!!!!!! Wtf don’t they understand?? Aren’t they nurses???? They don’t answer call bells until they’re ready to, and then return to the resident when it’s convenient to them. NO!!!!!! You are there, and get paid might I add, to be there for these people that need help. They depend on you!! If you don’t like your job, then don’t do it, but don’t let that be an excuse to disrespect your residents that need care. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!!

Food is disgusting. Cheap ass Walmart junk. Staff has credential badges made here. One staffer had a piece of green tape on her uniform with her name written in marker. When you push the button for the nurse it takes them 1 1/2 hours to come. I must add that there were some staff who were very helpful and went out of their way to tend to my needs. Onya, Emma, Abraham and the few others that I can't remember their names. Primary issue is the terrible food they give you and you have no choice in what you can have to eat. It's take it or leave it

There is some great staff, then there are some horrible staff. few of the staff are amazing with hospice residents. I have a relative currently here any its horrible with staff.
