2.8 · 19 reviewsI help take care of a man and the aides never show up. I'm worried my friend is getting billed and not getting the care he needs. Terrible awful company. I had a brother with an illness thank God we never used this service. I will be getting my friends dad the help he deserves. They also never call to tell you no one is coming...this is just not a perfessional business.
My mom goes to this center twice a week , maybe . Because there is always an issue with transportation, either she doesn’t get picked up or they say they are on the way around the corner minutes away etc and don’t ever get there . They schedule her doctors appointments and make her miss them , and when they do take her she is waiting hours to be taken back home . If they can’t deal with the overwhelming amount of people they already have why take more . Home nurse aides where part of the service and it has suddenly stopped , when you call you they give you the run around , anyone else…

My Great Aunt is told that there will be no aids/she will not get out of bed?! That is elder abuse to the fullest. Somebody help please 🙏 Seneca Towers. She pays to live there and have "care" SMH and grrrrr

Wonderful caring people when I visited. Really enjoyed meeting Mary. Great information for aging adults. Highly recommend this agency.
Transportation needs better drivers . One time showed up an hour and a half after the appointment. Another time waited more than an hour to be picked up and brought back to the facility.
Use the clinic. A bit underwhelming. Good staff. Antique equipment.
Could use more improvement on communication throughout entire agency .
