Jessica especially is always so kind and helpful, and she has such a fun personality that makes the whole experience better. It’s also nice seeing how everyone works together and treats people with respect. My mom has always had good things to say about the place, but it’s clear that they care about everyone who comes through the doors, not just one person. Such a great place with such a welcoming environment. Everyone there is always so friendly, helpful, and willing to go out of their way to make people feel comfortable. It’s also nice seeing how everyone works together and treats people with respect. My mom has always had good things to say about the place, but it’s clear that they care about everyone who comes through the doors, not just one person. The staff really makes it feel like a positive and comfortable place to be, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into making sure everyone feels welcomed.
Warm, clean and lively environment. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Jessica brings so much joy to the residents from dollar bingo to exercise class and arts and crafts. All around a welcoming atmosphere.
Visited Eden Heights last week and had such a warm welcome. Everyone was so cheerful and helpful. Jessica was extremely enthusiastic is showing us around.

We adore Eden Heights of Olean! We recently had to move our mom to an assisted living facility. We could not be happier. She loves the food and all of the fun things they have going on everyday. Her favorite thing to do is to sit with the girls and chat. She knows she can ask Jessica for help with ANYTHING and she will make sure things get taken care of. Did I mention she loves the food :) All of the girls who take care of her are so nice and helpful. Kelly is easy to work with and is available to answer questions all the time. My family is so happy we chose Eden for our Mom.
The staff are always smiling and are always around to help. My mom has been here for 3 years. My mom is happy, and is always busy. When she was home, she just sat around in her chair watching TV. I wish we would have brought her here sooner!
Such a cozy, warm, and loving environment. The staff are attentive and caring, and all of the different personalities of the residents just make the place so fun and welcoming. ❤️ The wellness director has the biggest, most beautiful heart. And the Executive Director displays so much knowledge and professionalism. Eden Heights is my home away from home.
We realized that our loved one could no longer live at home. It was no longer safe for her and we needed to find a safe, clean, and warm environment for her to live in. Gary answered all of our questions and made the process as seamless as possible. Gary even helped us move in furniture and he set up my loved one's television before I even asked him if someone could assist us. Although this is a tough decision for families, Eden has been very welcoming and caring. Looking forward to seeing what this next chapter brings.
My mother needed a respite stay. Gary and Kelly were wonderful. They explained the process thoroughly and were amazing to deal with. They made the process go smoothly. While there, my mom was well taken care of and enjoyed the different activities they offered. She was happy and healthy!
