I had my aunt at Ian Heights of Eden Assisted Living Residence and we had such a great experience. The staff was always kind, caring, and really made her feel at home. It gave our family a lot of peace of mind knowing she was in a safe place where people truly cared about her. The community itself is clean, welcoming, and just has a really warm feel to it. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good place for their loved one!
the care is excellent here. I love the new renovations. I love the seeing the longevity of the staff now.

I love visiting this place! The PCAs, Danielle, Matt, Erica, Adel, Kelly S, Kristen, Megan, Estefani, Jessica, Kaitlyn, Renee, Evelyn and all the rest of them!
Terrible experience. The building is not kept up with at all, there is wallpaper peeling everywhere and the rugs are filthy. There is a strong urine and mold odor as soon as you walk in the building. Mice in the rooms, and no signs of traps anywhere. The woman who runs the place should take more pride in it, instead she’s seen at all hours of the night rearranging things. There are also liquor bottles found on the premises, which leads me to believe someone is drinking on the job….
I'm always welcome and treated wonderful when I go to visit, the staff is wonderful especially Lindsey and Kelsey, those two are gems and an asset to Eden Heights
the staff that work in the offices are terrible at communication and are very unhelpful.
