4.2 · 15 reviewsPoor corporate management . Property cleanliness and maintenance has gone way down since new company took over . Just want rent payment , which keeps rising! Feels and smells like a nursing home. When things break down ….days to weeks to get fixed sometimes no fixing at all !
I have enjoyed living here and have met some great people! However, it seems like the place is falling apart! Much work needs to be done to bring it back to what it was! It seems bills aren’t getting paid any better than with Calamar and because of this we have to go without things! I would like to see the place spruced up! CJ and Aimee go over and beyond to try and please the residents!
Friendly, prompt service from staff. Comfortable apartments. Beautiful setting. Friendly residents. Many opportunities for social interaction.

Welcoming, clean, super conveniently located!
It could be horrible weather outside and you can always find something to do in the various community rooms about the building. Movie theater, game room, library, with a busy calendar and you’re never sitting in your apartment.
I have been here almost two years and have enjoyed it and feel safe here. The staff has been helpful and always pleasant to deal with.
Connect 55 in Lakewood has been a safe, clean and vibrant community for my mother since she has moved in. Kaitlin and her staff have been great.
