2.7 · 30 reviewsMy mother has been living here for almost 2 months now and I have left numerous voicemails with social workers and caseworkers and nurse managers and not one soul has called me back. Very uncomforting, especially since I live out of state.
Nasty workers, the worst it needs to be investagated
So I been working for a min til now I’ll like to say it’s so much drama there people don’t like to mind their own business and like to start drama it’s literally like a highschool with these “adults”the residents are rude call you monkeys and prejudices and like to throw food and drinks on you and the owner and others do nothing but take residents side every time cuz they live there just want money so we gotta just be here to take everything they do to us and they don’t do enough to try to get them out when they violate you as well I would say the only person who really helped me since I…

So I been working for a min til now I’ll like to say it’s so much drama there people don’t like to mind their own business and like to start drama it’s literally like a highschool with these “adults”the residents are rude call you monkeys and prejudices and like to throw food and drinks on you and the owner and others do nothing but take residents side every time cuz they live there just want money so we gotta just be here to take everything they do to us and they don’t do enough to try to get them out when they violate you as well I would say the only person who really helped me since I started since then is Q who was a med tech the food really not bad but it’s the same stuff every week just days switch we (kitchen ) get back flash from residents about this we can control like the food menus ,meds ,personal things ,the food truck all that. The owner comes every Tuesday but nothing really gets solve he just walks around looks at stuff then leaves they come up with all these different policies and protocols but no raise we even got uniforms and gotta pay $1 to wear jeans on Friday 😒they have council meets for residents about the kitchen but no meeting for the staff to make concerns about anything the place just backwards man !!!!! Just cuz y’all live here and we work here don’t give y’all a right to not respect us this why a lot a ppl quit and ppl quit on the first day job ain’t hard it’s just who wanna stay somewhere where you constantly getting disrespected and Nb takes it seriously always short staffed especially at night it’s ridiculous

Cobba hill assisted living was a nightmare for my mom. Got her out in less than 3 weeks. Do not send your loved ones to this facility if you want them to be well taken care of. Everything about this place was bad. Mom got ignored when she needed help and the doctor never even saw her the whole time she was there. I'm so glad I don't have to see my mom suffer there ever again. And I'm glad I never have to see the staff there either. Because they are not warm attentive comforting compassionate. I just truly have nothing good to say about cobbs hill assisted living.
Terrible place to send your loved one. Medical staff is not welcoming or compationate or attentive. Underpaid understaffed, and people who don't look or act like they are happy to work there. My mom.was.negleted by staff. She lost 10 pounds in.less than a month. Doctor wouldn't see her, she had diarrhea for a week. On June 4 2024 I had enough. I took her to emergency and she got a terrible gi infection from there. She.just got out of the hospital today and is living somewhere that people have showed compassion, attention, everyone is in tune with.moms medical needs. Things that cobbs hill don't have, don't do, or just won't do. They have roaches also.
If only zero star was an option. I hope everyone who works in this dump, including the owner, have to live in a place like this. The administrator is worthless, the head nurse, who is just evil and conniving discontinued our dads insulin (the only medication she discontinued mind you), and didn’t have that authority to do so. He is a diabetic, so he kind of needs it! I was able to get it resolved through the PCP office, but I see the RN is still there. The staff is a joke and heartless. The food is disgusting, the facility as a whole needs a deep cleanse - we know there are bed bugs. They have people living here who are NOT assisted living, and Cobbs Hill is banking. This place should be shut down. No one here should work in health care. It is unsafe for patients and no one cares. The staff and owner are trash.
