My mom asked several times for pain meds and no one came

My mother in law was there 15 days. The care was awesome. It's a clean place. Friendly staff. Great care for her at 95 yrs old

While there are some dedicated, kind staff here, there are lots of patient care problems. Examples: 1) Our patient is frequently, de-hydrated to some extent. Symptoms are obvious. We have asked many times that in addition to the small glass of water provided at meals, that there is a cup of water put on his bedside table every morning and afternoon. Less than half the time this is happening. 2) Recently, because of our patient appearing to be suddenly in worse condition, we asked that blood pressure be taken. We have asked many times that in addition to the small glass of water provided at meals, that there is a cup of water put on his bedside table every morning and afternoon. Less than half the time this is happening. 2) Recently, because of our patient appearing to be suddenly in worse condition, we asked that blood pressure be taken. It was so low that their computerized machine could not read it, so it was done with the older tech, blood pressure cuff and stethoscope method. This worked, BP very low, but not dangerously low, apparently. We asked the next day for it to be taken, same scenario, BP very low. . On neither day did they record his blood pressure readings. You would think medical staff would want that information available. They need to follow protocol much better. I think they have supervisory and training issues starting from the first level of supervision and then upwards.

they are attentive to the patients. they have respect and very pleasant to the patients.

Outrageously priced for nothing!

My 93 year old dad was in the facility for approximately 2 months and received excellent care. We thought we were going to have to place him in assisted living but they took great care of him so he was able to take care of his personal and medical needs almost on his own. And what he couldn’t do once he was home, the facility set up care for him so it was an easier transition back home. He is now thriving. If anyone asks my dad how his care was he tells them he was taken great care of—he is willing to tell anyone. He loves to go back and visit too.

I was very pleased with all the nursing staff, always pleasant & willing to help....I was also very pleased with Physical and Occupational Therapy ..understanding what my needs were & knowing my limits... The one thing that did stand out was certain days that the nursing staff was short handed & those were the time's that I had to wait for someone to come & take care of my needs....

This is one of the worst nursing homes. I feel bad for all the residents! Always under staffed! Rude - extremely rude aids , nursing supervisor just awful people working there w/the exception of 2! Meals are often late, clothes and blankets go missing. They don’t care. This place is a joke! Don’t be fooled.
