It's a nicer facility than some of the other places I've toured. Some of the staff are questionable though but i guess thats New York. I could be wrong but I thought I smelt alcohol on one of the administrators. I hope I'm wrong because I would hate to think that the people entrusted to take care of our loved ones are drinking while on the job.
My father is currently a resident on the second floor at this Rehabilitation center.While the facility could benefit from some renovations and there is occasionally a noticeable urine odor in the hallways, I understand that caring for many elderly residents comes with challenges. What truly stands out is the dedication and compassion of the staff. Lina is amazing and always makes sure my father has his ice packs frozen his portable refrigerator and that he is comfortable. Issa is incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to help and responds quickly whenever we need his assistance . Thank you…

Thank you to Lina , Issa and Ania ( she is amazing too) and the entire team ( there are 2 more male staff members who are always helpful and friendly. I don’t know their names yet, but I will update my review once I find out. The entire staff on the second floor is amazing.

I went to visit my uncle for the first time today. When I arrived I noticed he needed to be changed and when I addressed it changed took place right away. The person also made sure he had pillows on the side to prevent him from trying to get up which was very much appreciated. He appeared to be comfortable as well.

They treated my sister unfair until I called for a charge nurse. It was the most unprofessional and uncomfortable I’ve ever felt in my whole life
Midway staff is truly a professional place your love one's in their care . The best care so far as I can see it's a home away from home they are attentive as well
