Please do not allow your family members go here. I visited my Uncle and he didn't have the supplies he needed for his ostomy. He ended up with bed sores, bacterial infection, and fluid on his lungs. He is only alive because he ended up in the ER. The room he was staying in was not handicap accessible even though he is in a wheelchair. The main areas appeared medical in appearance but the rooms were run down. I tried getting in touch with the staff, in particular the social worker, they would hang up 'while transferring my call'. They really don't care about the patients.
All the staff were very welcoming. Smiles from everyone, welcoming me and asking if I needed any help with anything. Heard a call light or two here and there but rang less than 40 seconds.

The staff make the difference. They take a genuine interest in the residents because the really care.
Everyone I met there from nursing staff physical therapist occupational therapist social worker and even the head of maintenance man were all very kind informative helpful individuals and I appreciate that greatly! Thank you to all of you!
Staff was friendly and supportive. Social worker was very friendly as well. The occupational therapist was very friendly and compassionate. We even met the head of maintenance man who was extremely kind and fixed our air mattress pad right away! Thank you all for doing what you do!
