We were being pushed out of the hospital and my dad was not able to go home alone; he is 84 and had undergone a total shoulder replacement. Unfortunately we were not able to give him the care he needed, but the hospital did not push through rehab (which we were told he would receive post surgery). I did not know what our options were and I was overwhelmed to say the least with immense pressure from the hospital for discharge. We worked with Julie and from the moment I called I had immediate relief. We were being pushed out of the hospital and my dad was not able to go home alone; he is 84 and had undergone a total shoulder replacement. Unfortunately we were not able to give him the care he needed, but the hospital did not push through rehab (which we were told he would receive post surgery). I did not know what our options were and I was overwhelmed to say the least with immense pressure from the hospital for discharge. Julie was able to place my dad in assisted living in less than 48 hrs and act as a delegate and advocate for my father and I. I don’t know what we would have done without her. Care Patrol is a 10/10 and some! I cannot thank Julie and her team enough.
I would like to say first off that the attention to detail the care and quality of the service provided was top-notch. Julie took care of us and made sure things were set correctly, professionally and with care. I would recommend using this service to help ease the transition if anyone has any issues or questions with how to go to the next step, they will be the ones to help you with that and Julie definitely helped us with that and we appreciate her help and understanding in transitioning our parents.
I worked with Care Patrol to place a friend at a memory care facility. The experience was great.

A very very helpful service when looking to relocate your elderly loved one! Everyone needs a partner when searching for senior housing. They answered all of our questions and helped us narrow down the options when it seemed overwhelming Julie and Sarah were fantastic to work with. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
