Our family had a truly wonderful experience with Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center. From day one, we felt that the entire staff genuinely cared. Every nurse, aide, therapist, and staff member is kind and compassionate. They didn’t treat our mom like just another resident. They took the time to get to know her, talk with her, and build real relationships. That meant so much to all of us and gave us peace of mind. We were also pleasantly surprised by the food. It was much better than we expected. Well-prepared, varied, and something our mom actually looked forward to. Our whole family looked…

It was much better than we expected. Well-prepared, varied, and something our mom actually looked forward to. Our whole family looked forward to the monthly dinner in the Bistro. We’re incredibly grateful for the care she received and the kindness shown to our family. I would absolutely recommend Campbell Hall to anyone who needs rehab after a medical event or in need of long-term care. They go above and beyond.
I only had an issue with the Hr staffing lady. She was very rude to me. The behavior she showed was just unprofessional. Nasty miserable lady. Karma will get her I am sure of that.
My mother was here after an extensive hospital stay. She developed close relationships with the staff and especially the nursing team here did exceptionally. I attended dinners in the dining area, which is the bistro and let me tell you the chef is incredible. The food was amazing.
My father was a patient here recently. The Physical Therapy department was compassionate and patient with him on a daily basis. They have a large bistro dining room that offers different foods. He told me he felt like he was eating at a diner every morning for breakfast with all of the options. The food was 100% better than the hospital and I know this alone helped improve his strength. The staff were attentive to his needs. His nurse was a sweetheart. They have daily activities, and they encouraged my involvement from karaoke to eating meals in the bistro with him. This meant so much. We also had the opportunity to attend a "monthly family and friends" dinner. I will recommend Campbell Hall to anyone I know that has a need for rehab.
Absolutely atrocious treatment from anyone I have had the displeasure to deal with! Spoke to Nicole and billing and she actually had the audacity to hang up on me and refuse to tell me how much it cost per month I called back seven times a woman by the name of Lauren picked up who also played along with Nicole's game each time Nicole would hang up on me pretending like I got disconnected the government really needs to look into this place I'm not even joking the way they treat the elderly there is appalling and in my opinion should be illegal I hope they shut this place down and I hope there are criminal charges filed against some of the nurses as well as the staff who choose to have a blind eye and a deaf ear
I could write a book about how terrible this place is. PT and OT were okay, aides were caring for the most part but overworked. About 98% of the time, once nurses or aides left my room they got amnesia and whatever it was I needed went ignored. On a specific diet? Good luck with that. And the water there is undrinkable. If you can find somewhere else to go, I'd advise you to do that.
I would give this zero stars if it was an option but it’s not possible to I had to give it 1.
a very resident focused environment, great team
