Brookdale Kenmore

Great place. Friendly staff. Beautiful environment

My father was a resident there and we have had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately he had to move on to a higher level of care but while he was there he was treated well and he adapted right away. We looked at many assisted living facilities before moving him in and we were very happy with our decision . He loved the food and the staff . Highly recommend !

Our process getting into Brookdale was smooth and easy. They were very clear with their expectations and kept us informed about when her place would be ready to move in. Staff were very welcoming and attentive, and all of them have been absolutely wonderful! They come to the apartment at least daily to empty the trash and say hello. They do laundry, change the linens, and do a light cleaning weekly. Staff check on her if she does not come down for a meal, and bring the food to her if she's staying in. Coordinated medical services, transportation to appointments if needed, and a comprehensive medical report with her on medical appointments. They handle return paperwork and ensure that orders are carried to completion. Activities are plentiful, and and the staff encourage participation according to residents likes and dislikes. She is very happy, and so are we.

Although my Mom was only there 2 months, I was happy with the care she received. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale Kenmore to other families based on the experience we had

We rented an apartment, but he passed away before he could move in. It was close to where he lived and family, we toured several times and liked the facility and parent also did. We loved the administrative staff they were very helpful through the complete process. Because we never moved dad in they gave us back a credit for the 1 time administration fee which they didn't have to do.
