We were honestly heartbroken and considering switching facilities after the first month due to long call button response times (30 min+), inconsistent or lack of housekeeping, and dismissive/rude comments from other team members, etc. Within a week of starting, Lu has led her entire team to be more attentive, kind, punctual, and even anticipate needs before being asked. Lu, the new executive director as of May 2026, has been an absolute godsend!! We were honestly heartbroken and considering switching facilities after the first month due to long call button response times (30 min+), inconsistent or lack of housekeeping, and dismissive/rude comments from other team members, etc. Within a week of starting, Lu has led her entire team to be more attentive, kind, punctual, and even anticipate needs before being asked. She has the biggest heart and takes every issue brought to her attention very seriously, however small. This month has been a completely new experience for my grandmother, and we cannot thank her enough!
Nice property for elders who need assistance.
Staff is very warm and welcoming. Wait staff in the dining room very attentive and caring. Common areas are very clean and nicely decorated. My mother was clean and appears well cared for. On the down side, Mom's room had dirty carpeting, which she says has been that way for several weeks, even though she has asked it be cleaned. I shared lunch with her in your dining room. The quality and preparation of the food was not appealing. All six diners left their food on their plates. Watery, tasteless broccoli soup and greasy, soggy egg rolls were served. Beautiful community. Highly recommend. Professional staff and pristine grounds. The inside is gorgeous and comforting! From the minute you walk in the staff welcome you and make you feel right at home . Such a lovely place. Margarida you are doing a phenomenal service.
I visited my friend Bunny Bauer who is a BV resident. It's such a beautiful day we sat out in front in the rocking chairs. She seems content. Everyone there is always very pleasant and the gardeners are doing a good job cleaning up and preparing for spring.
Great company however this location is horrible. Also the residents have zero say so.
The staff in the memory care unit treated my husband with kindness, while still ensuring his safety. They preserved his dignity and granted him autonomy to the extent that he was able to use it. They enjoyed him, and they went above and beyond in their care. Tomika, Cecilia, and Saleema were his special favorites. They knew him so well that even though he had no language, they could tell what he needed or wanted. The unit’s physical surroundings were airy and bright, and I was especially pleased that when the weather was good he always had access to the garden. I am so glad we found Wellspring Village at BrightView.
