I attended a beautiful Thanksgiving brunch for residents and their family’s. A wonderful experience for all.
I recently had the pleasure of speaking at Brightview Senior Living, and I was truly impressed. Denise Catalanotto was exceptionally professional, organized, and welcoming throughout the entire experience. The community itself is beautiful—well-designed, spotless, and filled with a sense of warmth. The hospitality extended to me was outstanding, and it’s clear that Denise and her team care deeply about creating an uplifting environment for residents and guests alike. Five stars well-earned.
Clean, neat, well-organized and great supportive & helpful staff. Ms. Jenny Baez, receptionist, was amazing & deserves an immediate salary increase for her warm, pleasant, professional service.
Wonderful environment with extremely helpful & welcoming staff!
Great facility and even better staff♥️!
Lovely clean atmosphere. It seems to me they're not enough challenging activities. for residents I know it's important for those Who can to move. Need more outdoor activities, intellectual conversation and spurring some joy. Also seems there's no one there to help when problems arise. Even tho they are unassisted doesn't mean they don't sometimes need help; someone to talk to or lend a helping hand. Lastly I know the elderly miss their friends and families. I think they should be able to eat meals in the dining room and have family mingle and get to know. Actually join in any activity. I have a friend in a Brightview near Boston and she is allowed to bring anyone to dine in the dining room with the residents it gets her to introduce Her family and make friends with other residents and their families. I think that kind of interaction is enriching for all
My world changed back in November when I had to entrust my sister into Brightview Lake Tappan Wellness Center. From day one it has been absolutely fantastic. The staff is wonderful and what is even better she is so happy being there. Everything from cleanliness , food, engaging with the residents is perfect. You could not ask for better. I highly recommend Brightview!
Brightview has far exceeded our expectations for Mom. The staff and residents are all helpful, engaged, and positive. Our mom has flourished in a way we didn’t think possible. The only issue we have is that she won’t return texts and calls as she is so busy and happy
