When I first walked in staff where very nice and respectful that I have met so far as it was my moms first day yesterday . I really liked Thelma she has a very respectful and working matter and treats the patient and there family respectfully . I also like Brianna she was very nice and respectful and you can tell she cares about her job and what she does. The only thing I noticed was that where the heat vent was a little dusty but that’s because I like to clean but overall the place it self was clean
I had fun visiting my grandma today . But I feel like the person that she’s in the room with shouldn’t be in that room with her because she has a missing leg. She’s got memory loss. She has a lot of issues in my grandma. She’s old and I don’t think she needs to deal with it. I feel like the lady she’s in there with Frankie or Frank should not be in there with her. She should be on the third floor.
Only gave it a one so I could write this review. Please do NOT put your love one in this rehab. The problems are to many to write about. Will leave your love one sitting in soiled pants for an hour. They leave them sitting alone in wheelchairs for hours on end . The minute you complain you are their worse enemy. The staff is overworked and let you know that everytime you complain about waiting. It's the worse.
I had come to see a resident whom is there for physical therapy needs. They had her sitting in an attends from early am till well after 2 pm. Not once did they ask to toilet her or change her. She had nest in her hair of knotted tangles and told me she has not showered in 4 months since she has been there. The place is severely dirty as well as the nursing is loud and socially unprofessional. All my resident said was that she wished she could use the bathroom again.
people were always friendly
A 1 star review is too generous. This place needs to be shut down. The staff is beyond careless. I would never ever send a family member here. Actually I wouldn’t send anyone there. Look up elder abuse and end of life neglect and every single staff members photo should appear. These people should truly be ashamed of themselves.
My friend was at another nursing home for 1 year. It wasn’t a good situation at all. So many bad things happened to her there. Got ignored a lot. Care was aweful. She has been at Blossom Healthcare 1 week and what a difference in her care. If she needs something they are right on it. They really care about the people who reside there. So much quieter there. I’m so relieved my friend is in a better place. Thank you God for answering our prayers.
All these 5stars are a joke. The one nurse said they have them put in reviews. I am beyond disgusted and heartbroken by what I have witnessed at this establishment. No elder deserves to be treated with such blatant disrespect and neglect. The conditions are unacceptable — the facility smells strongly of feces, which alone speaks volumes about the level of care and sanitation being provided. Residents are left sitting on the toilet yelling out for help at a time when they are supposed to be supervised or assisted. Others are forced to wait so long to be taken to the bathroom that they end up relieving themselves in their beds, only to be left sitting in their own waste until a so-called nurse or aide decides to step away from their chair long enough to check on them. This is not just careless — it is inhumane. The staff shows a shocking lack of compassion and urgency toward the elders they are entrusted to care for. These are vulnerable human beings who deserve dignity, patience, and proper attention — not neglect. This situation needs to be investigated immediately. I strongly urge that the Better Business Bureau and the appropriate state authorities be contacted by others not just myself. Major corrections need to be made, even if that means completely cleaning house and replacing staff. No family should ever have to worry that their loved one is being left in such degrading and unsafe conditions.
