The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, creating a supportive environment from the moment I walked in. The community itself is beautiful, well‑maintained, and thoughtfully designed to make residents feel comfortable and at home. It’s clear that Benchmark prioritizes compassion, professionalism, and quality care — all of which shined through during my visit. I would highly recommend Benchmark at Mount Pleasant to anyone looking for a caring and engaged senior living community.
This community residence is spectacular. The attention, provisions, and service given to the its residents and visitors is beyond 5 stars. The bathrooms are spacious and are always lovely decorated.
Lovely, clean assisted living community, food is healthfully prepared and delicious. I am here for a seminar. Thank you, Vilma.

Benchmark at Mount Pleasant is a beautiful building, well appointed, high ceilings and spacious apartments. The staff is warm and caring and committed to providing their residents with an enriched and positive experience!
The facility is beautiful and looks like a star hotel. Very helpful staff. Excellent care. Definitely recommend for a family member.
The Benchmark is so beautiful and Vilma is super friendly and accommodating. Everybody there is very nice and you always get welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. I especially love the little fine touches that they put in the place and I would recommend anybody looking for that kind of place to put their loved ones there.
