My 100-year-old mom has been at Bellhaven going on three years. I cannot say enough positive things about her care. The first experience we had with Bellhaven was when the admitting nurse, Marie, went to our mother’s home for an interview. Such a warm and wonderful person….we knew our mom would be in good hands, and Bellhaven has proved that over and over. Very special thanks to all of the nurses and aides in my mom’s unit…Bellonda, Jillian, Martha, Caroline, Millie and Nina. Very special thanks to all of the nurses and aides in my mom’s unit…Bellonda, Jillian, Martha, Caroline, Millie and Nina. Head Nurse Marie (who was originally in Admissions when we met her) Is truly amazing in every aspect. Knowing that all of the staff take such good care of our mom is a true blessing and comforts us. There are so many recreation offerings, along with shows and music and art. Thank you Colin for all you do to entertain the residents. Thanks to Meghan (Social Work) and Meredith (Nutrition). All departments at Bellhaven do a fantastic job and we thank them all.

Our Mom has been in facility since beginning of March. Staff has been amazing. Very attentive. When issue arouse addressed immediately. Nurse Tatiana is wonderful. Social Worker Robin outstanding. Also Carman in Office very knowledgeable and on her game. Thanks to all at facility who work so hard. God Bless.

Went to visit my father who was just transferred there from the hospital. Clean and well staffed with people who are kind and seemed to be empathetic c

Debby k is awesome. She takes great care of my mother although there is a language barrier that doesn't get in way for her to communicate with my mother. My mother might be having a bad day but when she sees Debby she opens up her arm and goes “mama”. Debby is loving, caring and just awesome. My mother refers to her as “mama” and “fille” meaning my daughter. It makes me happy to see her that way. Debby doesn't play about her patients they all follow her on the floor its cute to watch. Oh and not to forget my mom favorite nurse Daquan. She calls him “papa” and Jenn the charge she's great too very attentive. Enough said, please give these amazing people a raise!!!

I'm grateful to the staff for taking such good care of my elderly mother.

Visited for the first time and I must say, I was impressed by how spotless everything was, floors shine like a mirror, personel was very pleasant.
