I really appreciated the positive atmosphere and how the staff showed compassion and care toward the residents. The facility gave me a good impression, and I would definitely recommend Amsterdam Nursing Home to anyone looking for a caring environment for their loved ones or a place to work.
It's clean, smells good and the staff are friendly and respectful. My Family member is comfortable there and has only positive things to say about the staff in private conversations. That makes me happy. I really appreciate that. This is a honest review. If it was bad I would definitely say so. Happy to have good things to report 😊
From the time I entered the facility the Security was very attentive & polite. She assisted me with checking in and obtaining a sticker for identification purposes Facility is clean & well kept. Staff is professional and patient are well taken care of in a calm and peaceful environment

This was my first visit to see my mother who just got admitted. The food was adequate. No complaints the room and hallways were clean. The aides were attentive. So far so good.
Friendly peaceful environment. It does not feel like your in a nursing home visiting a loved one. Feels like home. Thanks for caring for my auntie. 😊
Great staff friendly and helpful
Staff generosity begins at the signin, where a woman with great braids escorted me through every step of the signin machine with quiet goodhumor.
Rehab 12th floor was clean and quite. Staff was nice. Rooms have a wall separating 2 patients in one room, which is more comfortable than a curtain.
