Achieve Rehab and Nursing Facility

Met Deirdre Director of Marketing and Social worker Mary and they were both very nice! Staff was friendly and the place was clean!

My mother has been here twice for short term rehab after knee replacements. She received excellent care each time.

This facility is horrible!!! They refused to give my mother the necessary cancer medication she needed. When my family removed her from the facility for that reason they called adult protective services on my family when they were the ones endangering my mother.

This place should be shut down I've seen cockaroaches in the hallways and in rooms. The staff are over worked and short handed daily. There is no quality of care and is more worried about saving money and cutting corners that patients and staff are at risk of injury or worse. My friends dad is there and he had a broken arm and no one knew. Nobody knows how long his arm was broken. No pain meds nothing. This is a horrible place please don't place a friend or family member here and pass the word.

To pin point 1 or 2 staff would not be fair all the staff were wonderful. Nurse's pt, ot, office staff were great. Even if I was just sitting I was asked if I needed or wanted any thing. They keep the residents busy there is no sitting with nothing to do.
