3.0 · 131 reviewsI was very disappointed in the way the staff treats family members, their very rude. Although I never met the social worker not returning phone calls or addressing concerns of family members is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. If you have any other choice as to where your family member ends up I'd definitely reconsider.
Place is very filthy and smells like vomit and urine. My friend is there and is left unattended for long lengths of time. We can NEVER get any answers just a run around. They stole her cell phone. How do you take an elderly person's cell phone. Very Ghetto. I wouldn't bring my loved one there. Maybe someone I didn't care for and I'm not sure about that. I would probably feel guilty.
A. Holly has made significant progress recently. My family and I are very grateful for the care provided at this nursing home. The staff are very kind and attentive. The new change in management is amazing. I met with the new DNS to discuss problems I’ve been having for over a year and one meeting with her fixed my dad’s problem and he is receiving the best care possible. She took the time to listen to me and visit my dad regular to make sure he is okay. This is the good type of leadership the facility needs and the residents and staff seems much happier.

The facility provides a supportive and Professional environment for residents who require rehabilitation. The staff are attentive, compassionate, and consistently showing dedication to the well-being of the residents. The facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained, which helps create a comfortable and safe atmosphere.
A. Holly Patterson, which recently underwent management changes with a new administrator and nursing leadership team this year. The staff remain dedicated and deliver excellent care to the elderly residents. The facility is well-maintained and clean. The Dietary Department offers a wide variety a diverse meals catering to our multiracial elderly population. Additionally, the facility includes a ventilator unit, an onsite hemodialysis specialty unit, a wound care unit, and separate locked dementia units for females and males. Medical doctors are present daily, and respiratory therapist are available 24 hours a day to ensure comprehensive care.
