305 is truly a wonderful community. The level of care and attention the residents receive is exceptional, and the staff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable, supported, and at home. We moved our Dad to 305 over a year ago and we could not be more pleased. The food is also outstanding! There is a great variety of fresh, delicious meals, and you can tell that a lot of thought and care goes into the dining experience. It feels much more like dining at a restaurant than what you might expect from senior living. Between the compassionate care, excellent food, beautiful…

It feels much more like dining at a restaurant than what you might expect from senior living. Between the compassionate care, excellent food, beautiful environment, and welcoming staff, 305 West End is a very special place. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for assisted living for a loved one.

The most this place has going for itself is the location in Manhattan, and the beautiful building, outside of that operationally its a disaster! Employees are rude and unprofessional. Management constantly lies and makes promises that are never kept, to the families and residents! when you reach out to the corporate office, They ignore you they don’t respond or make excuses/lies also! The kitchen is HORRIBLE, food is always late, quality of food is mediocre at best! Theres a new “chef” every 90 days! The kitchen is HORRIBLE, food is always late, quality of food is mediocre at best! Theres a new “chef” every 90 days! Serving staff are a bunch of high school kids, inexperienced, and they also tell residents how miserable it is working there! me and my family had my uncle here he demanded to be removed less than 60 days!! Id rate this place 3/10. Do better!

We have investigated a lot of assisted living options in New York and New Jersey and we would like to give a shout out to Andre Bongiorno, the Director of Community Relations at 305 West End. She has given generously of her time and explained all we need to know to choose our next home which is likely to be 305 West End, based on our experience of the food, residents, amenities and ANDRE!

Very nice

Wonderful and professional environment with kind hearted employees. Staff are well educated and answered all of my questions in a prompt and timely fashion. Highly recommend!

My Mom has been at 305 for the last 4 years. I can’t say enough about how incredible her experience has been thur far. It started with the fantastic move in process which André made so seamless. She is a star and truly made our experience so special and easy. My mom loves the food, the programs are fantastic and engaging. Lots of cultural programs like lectures, discussion groups, and authors coming in. It’s really nice on the weekends when my family and ai visit, we sit in the bistro with coffee and the team is always stopping by to say hi to us and offer us goodies and pastries. Jonathan , the Executive Director, is great. He is always involved and texting me with photos of mom in programs. He runs a great community and is also very empathetic which makes working with him so great. The wellness team does a fantastic job, Elvira Karina and Fara are responsive, communicate well and are always a step ahead! My moms care needs has changed over the years, i have so much confidence in the team at 305 and feel relieved every day! My mom recently told me she wished she made the move sooner than she did. Her apartment is spacious and has great natural light. The community takes pride in what they do and my siblings and I are very happy and grateful we found 305! We highly recommend!

Great place, we are very happy. The community is very clean and the directors are responsive. Our Mom is happy.

My cousin recently moved in and we’ve had a great experience so far. The apartments are spacious, the community is always clean, and the team is very responsive. The best part is the welcoming group of residents, it really feels like a community. The wellness team is caring, attentive, and responds quickly to my cousin’s needs. And the food is delicious too! We’re very happy with our decision.
